About

I have had an interest in health, diet and nutrition ever since my children were small when I noticed how different foods affected their mood and behaviour.

I have an NVQ in teaching fitness have worked for last 20 years taking fitness classes in care homes for the elderly and disabled.

I decided that when my children were old enough I would like to become a Nutritionist.  Whilst they were still small I studied with the Open University for a science degree with an emphasis on Human Biology, Disease and Health, and Diet and Nutrition.

I then embarked on a Masters degree in Nutritional Therapy at Worcester University.

Having achieved a Post graduate Diploma, I am now  qualified to work as a Nutritional Therapist.

I am registered with BANT and the CNHC and am fully insured to practice Nutritional Therapy. I run a mobile service taking consultations with patients in the comfort of their own homes and also have use of clinc rooms as some patiets prefer this.

I offer a broad range of services to suit different needs and budgets.

A phone/ online service is available when issues such as distance make face to face consultations difficult.

An in person consultation is always advisable when possible.

BANT offer a service to help you find a qualified Nutritional Therapist in your area.
